Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 5 to 7 working days and most orders arrive within 10 business days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and we will contact you to confirm this with you at the time.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a

10 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at officeadmin@massageoilwarehouse.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Gate Consulting will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Delivery within Australia:

All prices on our website exclude Shipping and handling, then once you place your order Shipping costs are added at the checkout stage.

Shipping for orders is based upon weight and location

All International shipments:

Please contact us and we will calculate the costs and provide a custom quote by email. We generally allow you 24 hours to receive that email and have the opportunity to make any adjustments to your order.

Postage prices are based on delivery by Air mail using Australia Post International Parcel pricing which is based on weight. We have also add a small handling fee, to cover the extra time taken to process international orders

Important Notice re: Customs Fees

Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and so we advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.

By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" ) and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thank you for your understanding.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations within Australia and most of our products can also be shipped internationally.

If your country does not appear on our list we cannot legally ship the products due to either:

1. Regulatory requirements of the country which prevent the sale of our products.

2. The existence of a Distribution Agreement in your country which prevents us from selling product via the Internet or Mail Order.

In this case please contact us to determine if we have a local Distributor operating in your country.
